Our project won the award of excellence!!
The build log for a University of Alberta Capstone Project. The building of a Daft Punk Helmet.
The completed helmet will have a 8x40 matrix of LED's on the visor which will be able to scroll text and show a audio visualizer by plugging in a music device. The helmet will be wearable, battery powered, and kept cool by 2 internal fans and sweet external looks.

Blocking LED back-shine
Half-way point for painting the backs of the LED's. The rubberized coating fully blocks the light emitted from the backs of the LED's to help the user see through the LED array with ease.
